Prepares all correspondence for the Superintendent
Meets with new staff hires and provides new hire paperwork and completes fingerprinting
Maintains personnel records for all district employees
Maintains and processes graduate/in-service credits
Maintains Superintendent's correspondence file(s)
Maintains records related to reports required to be submitted to state and/or federal agencies
Arranges for all Board of Education meetings - serves as District Clerk
Develops and maintains the system for communicating emergency closings
Maintains all homeschooling records, prepares letters and correspondence
Presides as Clerk for all budget/proposition voting and Board of Education Elections
Maintains and processes purchase orders for the Superintendent's Office
Prepares information for district calendar and Linkages
Facilitates the messaging of Superintendent on Facebook, ParentSquare and WEBSITE
